Hotel head Rudi Unterthurner is a winemaker with passion, enthusiasm, and dedication. All year round, he lovingly takes care of his two vineyards, which you can admire in all their beauty from the panoramic terrace of our wine hotel in South Tyrol. The fact that he puts heart and soul into running his vineyards and producing the hotel’s own wine isn’t just something that you can see, but also taste. Our Resmairhof’s wines have already won several coveted awards in the South Tyrolean wine industry – and we couldn’t be prouder!

During weekly guided tours of the vineyards below our wine hotel in South Tyrol, hotel head Rudi will introduce you to traditional South Tyrolean wine growing and the hotel’s own wine production.
